It was a nice place for a short stay, had really good time. The personnel were extremely helpful. The breakfast was modern and good hot with options for bikes, the freshly prepared scrambled egg plus meat, and the night bar was a plus. Everything was simply amazing.

The room was very clean and brand-new, I chose the standard king room with great city views.

it was very pity that there was no locker (with doors) in the apartement. And it would be good if the Hotel would buy some bicycles for rent.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean, overlooked city. Obviously we greatly enjoyed the marvelous location near bars and restaurants.

no decent restaurants nearby, had to take the subway to find a place to eat. Discount grocery store across the street with limited selection of goods, just like all other hotels in Germany, BBC news and CNN were the only English-speaking channels.

The rooms were stylish and practical. the breakfast was modern and excellent with a good choice of options. - the setting was excellent, near the East Side Gallery, supermarkets, public transport, bars, and restaurants. - Good service was provided.

We were especially pleased with the ease it was to get from the hotel to various parts of the city with the S-bahn being so close. The staff were very friendly and helpful at any time of the day. The breakfast buffet was quite nutritious and delicious and a great way to start the day. We were more than pleased with our stay.

We were a bit surprised at the rate to use the computers...€1.00 for 10 min. Thought it a bit too much.

Nice hotel which is value for the money with excellent staff.

The location is great, with a supermarket and convenience stores within walking distance. I enjoyed the room and its cosy decor. - the staff was really kind and creative, so I would stay here again.

The people at the front desk go above and beyond to help you find where things are and to help you find things to do. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was also delicious and well worth the stay at the hotel, just to eat there. One of the best buffetts in europe and more remniscient of a breakfast in America. There is also an amazing pool behind the hotel called the "liquidroom" its amazing for adults!

The air didnt work very well and the room was quite warm, despite it raining outside. We didnt complain to the staff so it really was our error for not changing rooms.
